Responsibilities:Establish good leadership and mentorship for the team
Develop a strong relationship and rapport with all parents
Build rapport with all visitors and suppliers
Ensure the smooth operation, cleanliness, and safe environment of the centre
Oversee the overall well-being of all children at the centre
Ensure the centre complies with all authorities' requirements
Qualifications:Minimum Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, or equivalent
Experience working in a daycare centre or kindergarten for more than 4-5 years
Ability to teach in Mandarin/Chinese
Experience in teaching SJKC Primary syllabus is an added advantage
