JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and execute business strategies for ICT partners and ecosystem development in Malaysia, build a sustainable partnership system, and create a sound ICT Channel ecosystem. Drive end-to-end capability improvement on behalf of partners in UPS Power, Precision Cooling System, and Micro Modular Datacenter to achieve business success.
1. Develop the overall partner development strategy and business plan, and build and improve the partner system and cooperation mode.
2. Develop policies and processes for partners, release and explain procedures and techniques, and implement and monitor policies and processes internally.
3. Develop, nurture, motivate, and support partners, manage external order and internal control processes, and achieve rapid and healthy development of the partner system.
4. Build partner competence centres and training platforms to support frontline operations and partner transformation fully.
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Channel Sales.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, SPM in a relevant field.
• Direct sales experiences with an account or partner sales approach will be a plus.
• Know ICT / UPS / Precision Cooling / Mirco Data Center Business trends; have experience working with Enterprise Channel Partners before.
• Ability to work in and adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
