**Job Overview:**
As a Chat Support Representative at Sime Darby Berhad, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via chat support. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual who can engage effectively with customers, handle multiple chat conversations, and meet the needs of our clientele promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and feedback in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor chat sessions to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share information and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to refine your product knowledge and enhance your customer service skills.
- Support cross-functional teams by communicating customer feedback and suggesting product/service improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to uphold the company's reputation.
- Engage in calculated risk-taking to propose innovative solutions to customer issues and contribute to process improvements.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in chat support.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Confident and energetic demeanor; ability to engage customers effectively and maintain a positive attitude during interactions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to company standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads while maintaining a calm and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support tools is a plus.
