RequirementTo be responsible for the accounts activities of various subsidiaries within the Dai Lieng Group, by preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, supervising payroll, accounts receivable, payable, purchasing, stock control, cash flow, credit control, and managing office operations.To be responsible for the company finance and accounts departments, maintaining healthy financial status, and ensuring company accounts are up to date and meet Government Tax compliance and all statutory requirements including Taxation, SST, GST & accounting standards, and Company Acts 2016.To be responsible for the preparation of group companies' budgets and finance functions.To adhere to and monitor compliance of accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.To maintain supplier and customer accounts including credit terms and conditions.To ensure all related transactions are according to company policies and procedures, properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.To handle company consolidated accounts and financial statements for the annual audit.To liaise with auditors, secretaries, bankers, and relevant authorities for financial, corporate matters, and internal control issues.To review all subsidiaries' management reports, manage monthly variance analysis, and provide commentary on financial performance. To be part of the due diligence team and assist in any corporate exercise carried out by the Group, including due diligence work and financial modeling.To assist in the preparation for the Group's IPO listing.To be responsible for the consolidation of the group's accounts, financial statements, Corporate Tax, Group financial reporting, and Bursa Reporting on a quarterly and yearly basis under Bursa Requirements.Apply Here
