The CCO will oversee the sales and customer teams, ensuring effective sales strategies, business development efforts, and customer satisfaction initiatives are in place to achieve commercial objectives.

ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
Customer Relationship Management: Oversee customer engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives and market demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business goals.
Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on sales performance, business development progress, and key commercial initiatives.
RequirementsMinimum 10 years in senior sales and commercial leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Strong experience in leading sales teams, developing business strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business relationships.
Experience in palm oil business is mandatory.
