Chief Financial Officer

-Deliver strategic guidance and oversee administrative functions, business planning, accounting, and budgeting activities for the Group and Company.


-Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, ensuring a healthy balance between revenue and expenses while managing financial planning and analysis (FPandA) processes.


-Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and funding strategies, collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data, formulate budgets, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.


-Ensure compliance with MFRS and maintain high standards of financial governance and reporting.


-Must be a certified member of the MIA and possess strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.


-Work closely with the Managing Director and Board of Directors to provide strategic recommendations and insights.


-Offer strategic advice across various areas, including supply chain and marketing, leveraging financial expertise and industry acumen.

; Requirements:-


-At least 8 years of progressive finance leadership experience.


-Certified member of the MIA.


-In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.


-Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.


-Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record in investor relations.
