About the role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, this full-time Clerk Account role presents an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Ingress Precision Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Clerk Account, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of the finance operations.
What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerProcessing and recording financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and paymentsReconciling bank statements and credit card statementsAssisting with the preparation of financial reports and statementsProviding customer service support to internal and external stakeholdersPerforming other administrative tasks as required to support the finance teamWhat we're looking for Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related roleStrong attention to detail and excellent numerical skillsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyWhat we offer
