### **Job Description:**
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and dynamic **Client Relations Associate** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will primarily focus on enhancing client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. As a key member of our client relations team, you will leverage your persuasive communication skills and critical thinking abilities to build rapport and guide clients through a seamless experience with our company.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any potential issues that may arise throughout the client lifecycle.
- **Relationship Building:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and enhance satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and gain insight into their experience and expectations.
- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify client concerns or challenges quickly, and utilize persuasive communication to guide clients toward effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and special requests in the CRM system.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on client feedback and needs to advise management on potential improvements.
- **Product Knowledge:**
- Become an expert on our products and services, effectively communicating features and benefits to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving client needs to inform enhancements to our client relations strategy.
- **Performance Metrics:**
- Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs related to client satisfaction, response time, and service quality.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar field.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Hardworking: Committed to putting in the necessary effort and diligence to achieve client and company goals.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong persuasion skills to influence client decisions and foster positive relationships.
- Critical thinking abilities to analyze client feedback and develop appropriate solutions.
- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, etc.).
- Comfortable with remote work technology and able to maintain productivity while working from home.
