Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Client Relations Manager to join our team at MR DIY Group in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships
- Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base

Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in client relations management
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Reliable and motivated team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
