**Job Description:**

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated, confident, and proactive Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a thorough understanding of client needs and the ability to effectively communicate solutions that drive mutual benefit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback.

2. **Client Strategy Development:**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and strategize on how our services can support their goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products to enhance client experience.

3. **Communication and Reporting:**
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients, summarizing project outcomes and progress.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of client needs.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively identify potential issues and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong persuasive skills to negotiate terms and resolve conflicts, ensuring a win-win scenario.

5. **Market Intelligence:**
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs, and utilize this knowledge to inform client strategy.
- Share insights with internal teams to foster innovation in service offering and enhance client engagement strategies.

6. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Manage client records and documentation to maintain an organized and accessible database of client interactions.
- Assist in the analysis of data related to client performance and satisfaction metrics to inform decision-making.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated and passionate about client success.
- Confident in communication and presentation abilities.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail to accurately address client requirements and expectations.
- Excellent persuasion skills with the ability to influence client decisions positively.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Language Proficiency:** Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
