Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer. As a Client Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while contributing to our mission of exceeding customer expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, thereby ensuring a personalized service experience.
- Assist in the coordination of client projects, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate client feedback and service interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of client engagement events and initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the client relationship management system.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with management to formulate strategies for client retention and service enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide insightful recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues in achieving team goals.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role, ideally within the hospitality or aviation sector.
- Proven track record of managing projects effectively with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Motivated and passionate about providing outstanding service and seeking innovative solutions to enhance client experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
