### Job Description

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic **Client Relations Representative** to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is perfect for those who are driven, confident, and eager to contribute to the success of our company by fostering strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will possess at least four years of relevant experience and will be an integral part of a collaborative team that leads the industry with innovative ideas and solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Actively engage with clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

- **Communication Management:** Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and social media. Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.

- **Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify client issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions. Ensure client satisfaction through effective conflict resolution.

- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market research to understand client trends and preferences, providing insights to the company to enhance service quality and product offerings.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop proactive strategies for client retention and satisfaction.

- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regular reports on client engagement metrics and feedback for internal stakeholders.

- **Collaborative Teamwork:** Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align on client strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client service and product offerings.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about company products, services, and best practices to better serve clients.

### Requirements

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or equivalent fields. Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly preferred.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communicating with a diverse clientele and representing the company.
- Driven by results and committed to continuous improvement in client relations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in an understandable manner.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Familiarity with social media platforms for client engagement is a plus.
