**Overview:**
Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Relations Specialist for our dynamic remote work environment. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in client relations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction, driving client engagement, and supporting the overall mission of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.

2. **Needs Assessment:**
- Conduct client needs assessments to fully understand customer expectations and requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for new services and solutions.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address and resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the successful resolution of client issues and the implementation of feedback received.

4. **Reporting:**
- Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction and engagement metrics.
- Analyze client feedback and propose strategies for improving service delivery.

5. **Sales Support:**
- Assist in the negotiation and renewal of contracts and agreements.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and upselling existing clients.

6. **Training and Onboarding:**
- Support client onboarding processes by providing training and resources as needed.
- Create and maintain training materials and guides for clients and internal stakeholders.

7. **Organizational Support:**
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing client service initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with client needs.

**Requirements:**

1. **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field.

2. **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

3. **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

4. **Personal Traits:**
- Dedicated and confident individual with a proactive approach to client engagement.

5. **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide clients and influence positive outcomes.

6. **Communication:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.

7. **Flexibility:**
- Adaptability to changing workloads and priorities in a fast-paced remote work environment.
