Job Requirements
Sales Strategy - Network, research and target potential clients and sectors; reporting and working closely with Head of Client Services Southeast Asia and Alternative Assets team to develop and implement a feasible sales plan.
Leads and RFP Generation (occupiers) – responsible for generating of leads and opportunities for Malaysia; reporting and working closely with Head of Client Services and Head of Country on developing new client contacts and for Malaysia market. Weekly and monthly targets on number of new clients and RFP generation to be agreed upon.
Main point of contact for Malaysia (and subsequently Southeast Asia) - to be the touch point for Malaysia and Southeast Asia on how best to manage and delivery their requirements across Malaysia and subsequently region. This is a vital role in providing best in class service, building trust and through this, secure and build increased revenue opportunities for PDS and other service lines when appropriate.
Non-PDS service lines – be the conduit and contact point for other APAC leaders in other service lines to ensure high level of service to multi-X clients and to be a touch point for account managers where cross over of clients occur and/or respond to multi-X RFP opportunities.
Pitch activity – as a continuation of the RFP, be the point of contact, prepare the project team, with support of bid management team, prepare pitch response and lead / actively participate in pitch and follow up with clients to secure success.
Global- work with Head of Client Services as contact point for key global clients and/or activities driven from US or Europe.
Engage / Sales Force – this platform is a powerful CRM tool that the company has invested in and will be the key activity platform for PDS. The head of Sales Force for the region is based in Singapore and provides a good support point. However, youand Head of Client Services and Head of Country will drive and monitor the activity across Engage on Malaysia so that this becomes a) an accurate and dynamic platform CRM capture of activity, b) information sharing and importantly c) provide live financial data for revenue, pipeline, forecasting, secured and unsecured business.
Collateral – work closely with Head of Client Services and big management teamin the development of compelling database of presentations and collateral to be used in-country and across the PDS service line.
Weekly and Monthly reporting – work closely with Head of Client Services and Head of SEA in the generation and accuracy of in-country and key account financial performance andaround 1+1 country reviews and all-country round ups.
