### Job Description

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with a solid background in client management and exceptional problem-solving skills. The Client Service Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive superior service and support while promoting a positive company image.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

- **Account Oversight:** Manage a portfolio of key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns effectively while maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

- **Service Strategy Development:** Design and implement client service strategies that promote customer engagement and loyalty while aligning with corporate goals and objectives.

- **Problem Resolution:** Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, leveraging negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts promptly and effectively.

- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough market research to identify client preferences, trends, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance client experience.

- **Performance Metrics Tracking:** Monitor client service metrics and performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of service delivery, initiating changes where necessary to improve client satisfaction.

- **Collaboration with Internal Teams:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and feedback integration.

- **Training and Mentorship:** Participate in the training and development of junior client service staff, fostering a culture of inclusivity and knowledge sharing within the team.

- **Client Engagement Activities:** Organize and participate in client engagement activities, including webinars, workshops, and seminars, to reinforce client relationships and promote company initiatives.

### Qualifications & Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 7 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and driving client success.

- **Personality Traits:** Confident and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong persuasion skills to effectively influence client decisions; excellent research abilities to gather and analyze client data and market trends for informed decision-making.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
