### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Client Service Manager** to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are met with the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, a passion for client success, and possess strong project management skills while thriving in a rapidly evolving work setting.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Regularly check in with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
2. **Project Management:**
- Develop and manage project plans to ensure all client initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client requirements, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. **Service Delivery:**
- Ensure that all client services are delivered according to company standards and client expectations.
- Identify areas for service improvement and implement changes proactively.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance service delivery capabilities.
4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare and present performance reports and client feedback data to senior management.
- Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication thrive.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align client needs with business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute thoughts on improving client service strategies.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
