**Job Description:**

QSR Brands is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role is perfect for a confident and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor services and solutions accordingly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly by employing effective problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to prevent future occurrences.

3. **Service Improvement:**
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance existing client service processes and drive innovation.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend service enhancements to management.
- Contribute to the development of service policies and standards that improve overall client experience.

4. **Reporting and Analysis:**
- Prepare regular reports on client service metrics, trends, and feedback for management review.
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues worldwide to share insights, best practices, and strategies to foster a global village mentality.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to the overall goals of the client services department.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge of client service best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to enhance personal knowledge and skills.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management systems.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident and self-motivated with a positive demeanor.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about engaging with clients and team members.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Demonstrated innovation in developing solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
