### Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Client Service Specialist** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for an energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing projects, and ensuring that client needs are not only met but exceeded.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Engagement:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- **Service Coordination:** Collaborate with various internal departments to coordinate services and deliverables for clients, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLAs).

- **Project Management:** Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously. Prepare project plans, timelines, and status reports. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

- **Feedback Management:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Facilitate discussions with the client to resolve any issues and enhance their overall experience.

- **Reporting:** Develop comprehensive reports on client activities, feedback, and project status updates for senior management. Present insights and recommendations based on client metrics.

- **Training and Support:** Provide training and support to clients as needed on the utilization of our services and systems. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and project documentation in the organization's database.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing ideas that enhance service offerings and client experience.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or account management role, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or related industries.

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:** Must be resilient and energetic, able to handle challenges with a positive attitude and maintain enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Teamwork:** Strong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals.
- **Project Management:** Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to successful completion.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with client management systems or CRM tools.

- **Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address client issues and develop innovative solutions.
