IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic **Client Support Associate** to join our vibrant team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our diverse clientele. ### Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the first line of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues effectively; escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when needed.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback on products/services and relay information to management for continuous improvement.
- **Service Enhancement:** Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and present innovative solutions to the team.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support best practices.
- **Planning and Organization:** Assist in planning and organizing client support processes and events to enhance client relationship management.
- **Reporting:** Generate reports on client support activities, trends, and areas for improvement to inform management decisions.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, an enthusiasm for customer service and a willingness to learn is essential.
- **Adaptability:** Must demonstrate the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- **Drive:** Have a driven personality with a strong desire to exceed client expectations and contribute to team goals.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Planning:** Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely responses to clients.
- **Innovation:** A creative mindset to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions for client challenges.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software preferred but not essential.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills:** Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
