### **Job Description:**

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Client Support Associate** to join our team in a part-time capacity. This position will involve working remotely and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and possess a resilient attitude towards challenges. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service, while also assisting in the enhancement of our client support processes.

### **Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Document client interactions and outcomes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management as needed.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Stay updated on new product launches and changes in company policies.

4. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for improving client support processes.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistent client messaging and service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss trends, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

6. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in maintaining client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a customer support or similar role is required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM tools and general office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
