Job Description:
Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to balance work with your personal life. As an Entry Level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Driven and confident personality traits
- Strong negotiation and creativity skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
