Job Description:

Perodua is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with Perodua products and services.
2. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various communication channels.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Assist in developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty.
7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
