Job Description:
Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
7. Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Creativity and cooperation in finding solutions for customers.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
