Client Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Client Support Manager to join our team at Genting Group in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing support, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide support to clients and address any issues or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements as needed
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 years of experience in client support or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
