Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement improvements as needed
- Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss performance and future opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
