Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the smooth operation of all support services within the company. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Handle escalated support issues and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the support team
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in support management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a support management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
