Sime Darby Berhad, a leading multinational company, is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback via multiple channels including email, phone, and live chat.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze client issues to provide accurate solutions in a timely fashion, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document and track all client interactions, ensuring thorough records for quality assurance and future reference.

3. **Data Analysis:**
- Utilize analytical skills to assess client data and feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement in both service and product offerings.
- Provide insights and reports based on data analysis to management for strategic decision-making.

4. **Presentation of Solutions:**
- Prepare presentations and reports that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and resolutions to clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize our offerings.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on new products or updates, enhancing their experience and loyalty.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication regarding client issues and solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and improvement suggestions.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Seek opportunities for enhancing client support processes, contributing to the development of best practices and efficiency improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and company products to provide the most relevant support.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.

- **Education:**
- A degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience may compensate.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality service.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and evaluate service effectiveness.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic understanding of data analytics tools is a plus.
