### Job Description

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences. The ideal candidate should be resilient and confident, possessing excellent planning and project management skills. As a crucial member of our client support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and assistance.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via various communication channels (emails, phone calls, chat), ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client issues and concerns, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve complex problems efficiently.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service issues in our databases. Generate reports to analyze client feedback and service performance for continuous improvement.

- **Knowledge Base Management:** Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs and resources that empower clients to find solutions independently.

- **Client Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through initial setup steps and ensuring they understand our products and services.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our services and support processes. Present findings to management to help inform decision-making.

- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide insights on client needs and improve overall client satisfaction.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices for client support.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education (Associate's degree or higher) is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- No prior experience necessary; however, any exposure to customer service or client support roles is advantageous.

- **Confident:** Display confidence in your communication and problem-solving abilities, fostering trust with clients.

**Soft Skills:**

- **Planning:** Strong ability to plan and organize tasks systematically, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
- **Project Management:** Familiarity with project management principles to efficiently manage client inquiries and support requests.

**Technical Skills:**

- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms is a plus but not required.
