Analyze the clubhouse's operational requirements and customer needs (e.g., address technical issues)? Think and take prompt corrective action (e.g., fix damages, etc.).? Complete tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure.? Research methods to organize and implement clubhouse operations management while reducing costs.? Assist in monitoring staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop parts that need improvement.? Manage, monitor, and report daily on the performance of all clubhouse staff to the management.? Supervise, train employees, and organize the workflow of clubhouse staff effectively and thoroughly.? Coordinate clubhouse operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.? Provide administrative support for the clubhouse (e.g., updating documents, etc.).? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.? Liaise and deal with visitors, customers, and residents of the clubhouse (resolve any issues with effective customer service).? Ensure that clubhouse business planning targets are consistently achieved and well-organized.? Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various clubhouse business functions, including IT and customer support (e.g., assist in events and marketing platform for the clubhouse).? Periodically monitor and enhance the clubhouse's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.? Be responsible for supervising staff and managing clubhouse operations to ensure that all work is performed according to standards and quality.? Practice good customer service (e.g., GST - greet, smile, and say thank you) to internal and external parties.
