Collection Clerk

Key Responsibilities : Perform basic office tasks, such as answering phones, processing the email, filing, data entry, etc.
Bookkeeping of financial records, including payments, receipts and vouchers.
Assist in preparing for tax filings & statement of account.
Proactively follow up debtors via phone, email or in-person meetings to ensure timely payment.
Prepare monthly follow up reports and payment/collection forecast.
Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancy if any.
Accomplish work related tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Qualifications : Diploma or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in a clerical role is preferred but not required.
Skills : Data Entry Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel Office Management & Administration Good Organization & Time Management skills Basic Mathematical & Problem Solving Skills Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills
