KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintaining high standards of hygiene. Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef.Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.  WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum SPM / Diploma with 1 year working experience in the F&B / Kitchen department.Competent in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong ability to interact positively and handle various situations. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and perform tasks requiring physical effort. Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational needs as and when required.
