-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication.
-Understand clients' needs and goals, translating them into actionable project briefs for the creative team.
-Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing any concerns and keeping clients informed of project progress and updates.
Brand Management and Public Relations
-Maintain the agency's brand voice across all communications channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and website content.
-Identify PR opportunities, craft pitches, and maintain relationships with media contacts to increase brand visibility.
-Lead crisis communication efforts when necessary, ensuring transparency and a proactive approach to reputation management.
Internal Communication and Team Collaboration
-Foster an open communication culture within the agency, promoting team alignment on project goals and agency objectives.

-Work closely with project managers, creative directors, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
