Company Secretarial Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesAssist senior and director in handling a portfolio of clients.
Carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to ensure compliance with the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant laws, including company incorporations, striking-off companies, preparation of directors/shareholders resolutions, opening of bank accounts, change of signatories, and submitting forms to SSM.
Draft administrative correspondences, including minutes and business letters.
Correspond with clients, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, and other relevant authorities regarding Company Secretarial matters.
Update and maintain all relevant records, books, forms, and documents.
Monitor deadlines and follow-up dates.
Perform other administrative or ad hoc duties as required or instructed by the director (e.g., issuing official receipts).
Responsible for all aspects of company secretarial functions, including preparing resolutions and submitting forms to SSM.
Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and able to do online submission of documents such as incorporation, ROA, ROM, and annual returns.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Secretarial or equivalent.
Fluency in Mandarin preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Time management skills essential to meet deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Past working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
Full-time position(s) available.
5 working days a week.
