Company Secretary Manager

Minimum RequirementsAt least 3 years experience in secretarial functions
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
Conversant with full spectrum of secretarial duties
Exposure in dealing with government authorities such as CCM, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, SC, MITI, MIDA is desirable
Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2016
Analytical, meticulous, attention to detail with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
Mandarin proficiency is compulsory as required to communicate with China, Hong Kong & Taiwan clients.
