1. Be the window on the liaison for the customer requirements and Operation.2. Ensure all changes in the existing contract / agreement are reflected to the customer quotation and operational flow. - additional is charged and ensure completeness.3. Liaison on the customer and team on the audit andrevert on the informtion / findings and complaints to the management and follow up on closure.5. Deal with supplier and customer for worker arrangement.6. Assist with developing and maintaining form templates, SOPs, policies, and other documented information required by the company, customers, RBA, and other competent authorities7. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and compliance programs8. Assists in preparing documents/reports for regulatory submission9. Assist in the launch of training and updates on regulatory requirements per planned schedules10. Train new hires on the SOPSs, policies, rules, and regulations, including the foreign worker under our hostel management11. Assist with preparations for a management meeting, internal and external audits, supplier responsibility audits/questionnaires, and any questions from external parties and competent authorities12. To perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Head of the Department and Management**Position Requirements**1. Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in audit and Document Control.2. Excellent verbal, writing, and communication skills.3. Knowledge of ISO standards, RBA standards or Dyson standards4.
