Job DescriptionEnsuring the fundraising and investment processes are complied with equity crowdfunding guidelines and Anti-money Laundering regulation.
Publishing materials review to avoid legal risk.
Execute Anti-money laundering and Know Your Client procedure on investors during onboarding process.
Ensure all the company activity is complied with ECF regulation.
Investor and issuers enquiries handling.
