Compliance Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION As an Compliance Officer for Platform, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your duties will include contract reviewing, providing legal advisory services and ensuring procedure compliance. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of our financial services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regulatory Compliance
Monitor and interpret relevant financial regulations including those from governing bodies such as the SC, BNM and authorities. Ensure the organization's activities comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Stay updated on changes in the regulatory landscape and communicate these changes to the management and relevant teams. Contract Review:
Review and analyze agreements, investment contracts and other legal documents to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to negotiate and modify contracts as necessary. Legal Advisory:
Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization to mitigate legal risks. Assist in the development and implementation of legal and compliance policies and procedures. Handle legal matters that may arise in the course of business operations. Conducting trainings in legal talks to clients n Consultant, explaining the agreement clauses from a legal aspects. Risk Management:
Identify and assess compliance risks and work to mitigate and manage them effectively. Collaborate with risk management teams to implement risk reduction strategies.
