We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:Establishing and managing the company's compliance needs.
Establishing a compliance framework and monitoring program, reporting, investigating and recommending remedial actions, providing compliance advice, reviewing filings with regulators, and regular compliance returns.
Coordinating the company's compliance efforts including staff training, liaison with external consultants, and the relevant authorities.
Requirements:At least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or Accountancy qualifications or the relevant professional qualifications.
Experience in compliance, internal or external audit would be required.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
Able to work independently, be extremely well organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
You would be required to be registered with the Malaysian Securities Commission ("SC") upon completing the relevant SC examination modules.
Very proficient in both spoken and written English.
