Responsibilities:Understanding and addressing customer needs
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Interdepartmental communication to satisfy customer needs
Achieve good customer reviews
Develop profitable relationships to sell additional services
Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Requirements:Only female candidates will be considered since this is a confinement center.
Required to work on weekends (rest day on weekdays)
More than 3 yearsof customer service or confinement service experience
Tactful & pleasant communication skillsrequired
6 daywork week
9.30AM - 6.00PM working hours (1 hour lunch break)
Byond28 Confinement Care is a confinement centre that provides support on infant care, one-to-one breastfeeding consultation with a Malaysian National Lactation Centre (NLC) certified lactation counsellor, hospital grade nursing system, jaundice management and reporting, a weekly Paediatrician visit to check-up on the newborn babies and to provide one-to-one consultation to mothers in their rooms.
