Construction Management - Junior

Jobdescriptions: To assist the Project Manager inthe planning, execution, and manage construction activitiesincluding budgeting control, scheduling, quality control, andprogress of the project. Prepare overall project scheduleand work trade management Responsible for all documentationis maintained appropriately for eachproject. Assist in liaising with localauthorities on submission and approval as and whenrequired. Coordinate and work with projectconsultants and contractor from project inception tocompletion Preparation and submission ofrelevant project documents required byauthorities Conduct regular site meetings withinternal team and contractors to follow-up on project/workprogress; demand necessary action(s) required to ensure projectdeadlines and requirements are met at alltimes. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at leastDiploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain ConstructionManagement orequivalent. • Required language(s): BahasaMalaysia, English & Mandarin (Mainly deal with mandarinspeaking clients) • Required Skill(s):AutoCAD, MS.WORD, MS.EXCEL. • Self-motivated, have goodcommunication skills and strong problem-solvingskills.
