Consultant (Associate/Senior Associate)

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, detail oriented individual to join our company as an Advisory Consultant. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our clients adheres to regulatory requirements and have the appropriate internal policies while fostering a culture of compliance.




-Responsible for ensuring the preparation and filing of various regulatory submissions required under capital markets services and other related licenses by the regulations.


-Assist in providing day-to-day support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of client's internal programs and policy and procedures.


-Assisting in the updating and maintenance of various compliance-related manuals and policies.


-Assisting in compliance-related matters, including compliance monitoring and the conduct of the various monitoring and compliance-related checks.


-Preparing and reviewing company-level control documentation per the requirements of the HQ's regulations.


-Coordinating with the various departments/business units for internal audit to be conducted on the Company.


-Assist in monitoring relevant regulatory changes and assist clients in developing internal controls.


-Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and gaps in compliance policies.


-Assist with supervision of junior team members.


-Assist with various other advisory work that requires research on local and foreign laws and regulations on behalf of clients from various industries.


-Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma/Degree holder. 


-Relevant compliance, audit, or risk management experience preferred. 


-Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers. 


-Strong leadership, teamwork and client servicing skills. 


-Demonstrates a strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and within a team. 


-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 


-Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimum supervision.
