Position Overview: As a PERSOLKELLY Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include recruitment and salary timesheet processing, as well as employee engagement initiatives. You will also provide ongoing HR advisory services. In this role, you will play a key part in offering management support to our clients, both on-site and off-site, while fostering strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a seamless and effective HR experience.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placements.Support recruitment activity to generate sufficient orders to achieve individual target. Utilize diverse recruitment strategies to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.Maintain and ensure all Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate. Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database. Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP. Employee & Client Engagement:Support client initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.Collaborate with clients to develop programs that improve workplace culture.Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates. Retention and welfare of Contact Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment and issues Payroll and Timesheet Processing:Oversee the collection and verification of employee timesheets for clients.Ensure accurate data entry into payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with client finance teams to ensure timely salary processing. Advisory and Management (On Site / Off site):Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients, providing guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.Conduct on-site assessments to identify HR needs and recommend tailored solutions.Manage disciplinary issues through HR processes. Qualifications & Requirement: Diploma / Bachelor's degree.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR consulting or related roles.Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise clients effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS, payroll systems).Fluency in EnglishFlexible to travel
