Job scope:
· Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.
· To post job advertisements for job orders and manage active status of the advertisements.
· Utilize various channels to source and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
· Development an understanding of market trends and identify industries and roles that are in demand.
· Possess an analytical overview of the latest salary benchmark according to roles, years of experience and industries.
· Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· To send qualified applicants profiles to client.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews and for any required assessment between candidates and clients.
· Follow up on hiring result from client for profiles delivered to clients.
· Successfully deliver placements to achieve individual financial target consistently monthly.
· Finalize and request client approval for the successful hiring information- include employment details and fee applicable.
· Ensure all new Contract employees' mandatory onboarding documentation is collected, timely and accurate.
· Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in Recruitment activity tracker and CRM tools.
· Represent the brand PERSOLKELLY with the utmost integrity and professionalism – demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery and recruitment and human resource expertise.
· Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP and Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, workforce management or related field.
- Mandarin-speaking skillset will be prioritized.
- Familiarity in IT and Engineering industries highly preferred.
