Genting Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contact Center Assistant to join our team remotely. As a key member of our contact center, you will play an important role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and address customer issues effectively and efficiently, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and provide suitable solutions.

- **Information Management:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

- **Documentation:** Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring that all details are captured accurately for future reference.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive customer service and support, sharing insights and recommendations to improve processes.

- **Feedback Handling:** Collect and analyze customer feedback, suggesting improvements or changes where necessary to enhance the customer experience.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay informed about new products, services, and policies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in customer service or communication is a plus.

- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and comfortable learning new software and tools.
