Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop, design, and produce engaging content (images, videos, text) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.Social Media Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts, scheduling posts, responding to comments, and maintaining brand consistency.Community Engagement: Engage with followers, address inquiries, and encourage a positive community experience.Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and provide insights for continuous improvement.Trend Research: Stay updated with current trends in social media and digital marketing, identifying opportunities to enhance our brand presence.Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop, execute, and track campaigns and promotions.Requirements: Proven experience in social media management and content creation.Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Knowledge of social media algorithms and analytics tools.Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience in branding or digital content creation for real estate or lifestyle brands is a plus.
