Contracts Executive / Quantity Surveyor - Based Puchong

Job Description: Attend tender interview, site coordinator meeting if enquired by superiorFile in photocopy of the submitted tender documents and keep records for reference Interpret of contracts/tender documentsKeep track on status of certification by the Main Contractor/ArchitectLiaise with all level of management /consultants/contractorsMake comparison on the quotation received and check for any arithmetical  errors & compliance Perform steel facade material estimation for each project and take site measurementsPreparation of project tender, costing, budget, estimates including bills of quantitiesPrepare certificate to Sub-contractors upon evaluate Sub-contractors claimPrepare submission of samples to clients/consultantsPrepare quotations, progress claims, valuation and final accountsTo prepare/evaluate/assess claims and variationsStudy drawing & highlight to consultant if detect any discrepancyTaking off quantity for tenderUpdate monthly progress claim and payment logcomplete any other assignment required by management from time to timeTo prepare monthly presentation slides in Microsoft Powerpoint to HQRequirements: Minimum 2 years experienced in aluminium facade industrialFresh graduates encourage to applyDiploma/Degree in Quantity/Construction/Building or equivalentAble to read and write in English , able to communicate in Chinese is preferredBasic contract management is required, good interpersonal, negotiation, resourceful ,able to interact with consultant and contractor, computer literate with strong excel background
