Conveyancing Clerk

Details of the offer

We are looking for a Conveyancing Clerk with at least 3 years working experience dealing with sub-sale property transactions.

Candidate must be experienced and able to work independently in the following:

- Preparation of SPA and housing LOAN documentation
- Professional in dealings with lawyers, developer, banks, and government offices
- Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Experienced in dealings with government and bank portals / land applications
- Able to assist with estate / litigation / corporate matters, and administrative work from time to time

Semi Remote / Part time (2-4 working days a week with flexible hours) positions are available.
Remuneration & offer to be discussed.

Candidates must possess own transport and live within 10km from our office.
