Messrs Yew Huoi, How & Associates is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Conveyancing Clerk/Paralegal to join our team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
This role offers you the chance to play a key part in our conveyancing operations and make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and draft legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, and other conveyancing-related documents.
Conduct searches and perform due diligence on property titles and records.
Liaise with clients, property agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless conveyancing processes.
Assist in the completion and settlement of conveyancing transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conveyancing matters.
Provide administrative and general support to the Conveyancing team.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Clerk or Paralegal, preferably in a law firm or legal department.
Basic understanding of Malaysian property law and conveyancing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision under pressure.
Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and effective client communication.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software applications.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive work environment.
