Conveyancing LawyerDraft SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters for Projects.
Correspond with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
Able to work independently.
Chambering StudentPrepare documents relating to conveyancing matters for Projects and Subsale.
Correspond with developers, clients, bankers, and various government agencies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing LawyerDegree in law (LLB) and called to the Malaysian Bar.
1-5 years or above 5 years experience in conveyancing are welcome.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Must be well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other language skills will be an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks within stipulated timeframe.
Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible, and committed to job responsibilities.
Must have own transport.
A good team player with interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Working knowledge and experience in commercial loan matters would be an advantage.
