Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer
- Experience in documentation for Sale & Purchase, Housing Loan (Projects and Subsales transactions), SME Loan
- Familiar with conveyancing documentations and bank portals
- Tenancy / Discharge of Charge / Perfection of Transfer & Charge
Conveyancing Clerk
- To assist in handling legal documents in matters of project, sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters independently;
- To assist in liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies;
- To assist in maintaining/updating file status on various platforms of operating system; and
- To assist on any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Conveyancing Lawyer
- With minimum Law Degree and valid Practicing Certificate
- Able to handle client and manage cases effectively and result oriented
- Able to work diligently, responsibly and meticulously
- Able to work independently and also as a team
Conveyancing Clerk
- Minimum requirement - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- Preferably minimum of 1-2 years working experience in conveyancing matters
